:-) I like to be able to look at it wherever I am at home or even to show

someone else who has questions. I have a candida friendly recipe section that is

nice to have with me in the kitchen when I am cooking. Although, I am known to

just throw ingredients together. Comes from a hobby of reading cookbooks for

fun!

Oh, by the way, what is an IRL? :-) It's probably something really obvious, but

I'm not a techie!
