I am SO much better after 2-1/2 months!

I need to buy a " Bee " t-shirt! :-) Lynn here. I'm 42 yrs old and I'm a

believer! I've been on Bee's plan since 3/7/10---by the book strict since day

one---and my skin is 95% cleared. I am the one who posted about serious

outbreaks on my arms and hands (red, swollen, flaky, itchy) and now I only have

some dryness on my wrists with very minor occasional itching. I've gone through

2 menstrual cycles since on the plan with no headaches at all and no cramping

and light to moderate flow. I used to get headaches and feel really crappy. My

complexion looks a lot better too. What a perk! Oh, and losing 7 pounds wasn't

all that bad either.

During this time I canceled an appointment with an allergist and a naturopath

because I was having such success with Bee's plan. Since you saved me some

money, Bee, I made a donation on your website. I so appreciate all you do and

this message board. I read it daily.

I hope this post encourages you all to stay the course. Onward and upload in

health!
