inflammation they caused on my colon(UC) I stayed ways from milk products for

over 2 years (even butter). Anyways, a week and a half ago I started eating

butter because your program convinced me to, even though I always knew it was

good. So, for the past week and I half I have been eating it like a chocolate

bar. Yesterday, at dinner I had a little bit too much. I felt it on my throat.

The following morning I had 3 bowel movements before 1:30 PM and most of the

stools were floating and pale looking.

need?

+++Hi athan. Butter is very healing and helps digestion and detoxification.

+++More than likely it was detox.

fats well?

+++Bile from the gallbladder doesn't digest most of the kinds of fats in butter

anyway, since those fats go through a different route than other kinds of fats,

which is through the lymphatic system. Saturated fats in butter, coconut oil,

lard, etc. do not require bile for digestion, nor do they need any kind of

digestive enzyme or stomach acid in order to be absorbed into the bloodsteam.

+++Gallbladder health is dependent upon liver health, and liver health is

dependent upon plenty of saturated fats from which it produces bile.

> How much butter is too much?

+++You can have as much as you wish. The Masai Warriors in Africa were one of

the healthiest groups Dr. Weston Price studied and they consumed the equivalent

of 1 1/2 pounds of butter per day:

organic butters to be DISGUSTING! European Unsalted kerrygold and Lurpack taste

so good! are they ok? Thank you for your knowledge and for being a great help.

+++Kerrygold is good, but I'm not familiar with Lurpack.

All the best, Bee
