+++Hi . It is common for tartar to build up on a healthy program like

this because of adjustments in minerals and mineral levels that are happening in

the saliva.

Tartar will eventually dissolve when your saliva contains enough minerals so

your saliva can dissolve the tartar.

Plaque is mucus formed on the teeth as a protection against carbs/sugars and

toxins, and that's where bacteria are created in order to break down sugars and

toxins, which in turn causes cavities.

Again, when the saliva contains enough minerals it can also dissolve plaque. In

the meantime it is a good idea to brush with baking soda which helps remove

plaque.

Many people also get discoloration of their teeth during this program due to

toxins coming out through their teeth. Teeth are not solid. They are made up of

scales or layers which are pourous. Yellow indicates chemicals toxins, and grey

is mainly fluoride or heavy metals. This eventually stops so the teeth become

white again.

All the best, Bee
