Dear all,

Five days, 2 weeks, and hopefully beyond......starting tomorrow right!?

Hello my name is and I have been trying to get a good rhythm in this diet

lifestyle change but have only been able to make it 5 days, then 2 weeks.

I've fallen off the wagon and have been searching for posts about what to do

after eating bad, namely chocolate.

Is it okay to take extra vitamin C before, after, during such bad choices? I

admit it's a cop out, but tomorrow is another day to try again.

What else can I do when I make a mistake? Ahhhh! Just reading the posts is

encouraging but in the real world, it's a matter of not bringing it into the

house!
