Guest guest Posted January 19, 2010 Report Share Posted January 19, 2010 Hello all, i have had my 13 yr. old on a sugar free, low carb, high protein diet with lots of good oils (olive, coconut, butter, etc.) with a low dairy intake for a few weeks now. She is taking MOST of the supplements that are recommended. I am having a hard time getting her to take any of the liquid cod liver oil and so she is on a capsule. I am also having a hard time with wheat! she is running out of things to eat and is starting to binge a bit with fruit and natural sugars. I am trying to take the approach that we will just move really slowly, but I am afraid that my efforts may be in vain if we don't do it just perfect the first time. I have started her on a few drops of oregano oil in capsules as well. was it too soon? i am just looking for some advice to help me help her stay on a good plan to recovery.
