Guest guest
I would suggest that you focus on the quality of the egg. You want to know the hens get organic feed and are grass-fed or pastured. Leave the rest to nature. Dr Hruby (osteopath/homeopath)said no whites, Dr Ron (Untold Story of Milk) said it was fine?! So, I have decided to keep eating the whole raw egg. h
Guest guest
Doesnt the hot water we add to egg drink change the composition of the raw eggs? Here is what a nutritionist is trying to tell me: " It sounds good but be careful of raw egg whites. If your source of eggs is of the highest quality and you are not concerned about the risk of food poisoning, egg yolks can be consumed raw, but egg whites should not. The whites, when raw, can cause protein and nutrient deficiency. " Bee, any thoughts? Im asking where her source of info is coming from. Guest guest
Hi, I've read that the egg whites block the absorbtion of a nutrient (I can't remember what it is)BUT that if the yolk is eaten too then it is not of concern. Another reason to eat whole foods and not " fraction " them! Carole > Doesnt the hot water we add to egg drink change the composition of the raw eggs? Guest guest
I think it is Biotin that you are talking about. le > > Hi, I've read that the egg whites block the absorbtion of a nutrient (I can't remember what it is)BUT that if the yolk is eaten too then it is not of concern.
