Dear Silvano,

There are "2" Amino Acids that I am aware of that can cause "Giantism" if given to children: L-Arginine and L-Ornithine. (see Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible)

For a complete understanding on all the Amino Acids and these cautions go to Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible, Prescription For Nutritional Healing or, The Healing Nutrients Within.

I also agree that both Amino Acids - GABA and Taurine have been successful in treating Epilepsy.
