question? good and bad on HBOT treatment. any negative stories?

Hi group.

My name is Rick.

I am a father of a epileptic and severe autistic boy. Giovanni is 12 years

old. Has had seizures since 4 months old. Diagnosed with autism 3.5 years old.

We the parents are recently going to start HBOT treatment here in the Ft.

Lauderdale, FL. at the Oceanic Hyperbaric Center.

I recently have had different opinons on this treatment. From our Neurologist

that has patients that the treatment has not done any significant effect what so

ever with their child. I also recently heard from a person who works with

children in social services for the disabled claim that one of his clients done

just two sessions and was severely negatively affected mentally and is now in a

mental institution. Like a side affect.

Has anybody on the group heard any bad things about this treatment of HBOT?

I as a parent am concerned and now very confused on who and what to believe

and do not want any harm to my son Giovanni he is my angel!
