Guest guest
> Chlorophyll is to help with the horrible gas. I started taking it last week - I take it 2-3 times a day and it has been amazing! I am almost odor-free! Someone said it also supplies iron - haven't found anything else on that yet. But it is inexpensive and easy to find (I got mine at a vitamin store)I was so discouraged because I was always worried about being around other people, but this has been great. Give it a try! Guest guest
I take chlorella, a blue-green algae. It's doesn't taste too bad. I can't tell whether or not it helps though ( like most of the supplements I take - LOL) It's supposed to cleam heavy metals out of your body. Dr. Mercola recommends it. I dunno what D'Adamo says about it. I never go to D'Adamo's website because my computer freezes every time I go there. I once took something in a bottle called " Liquid Chlorophyll " - Gosh, was that AWFUL tasting!!!!! - T > > Hi O's !,,, what's your take on (dehydrated or not), barley or wheat > grasses, for their benefits of chlorophyll and lots of nutrients? Guest guest
I thought blue-green algae is an avoid for Os. I took it once years ago and had an allergic reaction. I found out when I read the book that it was an avoid! My allergic reaction was severe: hives all over my body, I was having labored breathing for about 15 minutes and a rapid heart rate. I actually had hives for three weeks! I think that it probably was trying to detox me, but the toxins came out my skin. I take liquid chlorophyll every other day. Last year after I had a miscarriage and drank a wonderful chlorophyll lemonade. Squeeze a lemon, scrape out all the pulp and stuff from the lemon. Fill with ice, add water and 1-2 T. liquid, stevia or other sweetener to taste, stir and YUMMY! I don't know if this helped me to build red blood cells, but I felt better drinking it. Guest guest
Wheat grass and Barley grass should both be fine. They are completely different than the grain. I love getting the fresh wheat grass when I go to a juice bar. Guest guest
I noticed in one daily plan on Bee's website that chlorophyll is taken in the morning and night. This is not on the recommended supplements list. What is it all about? > > Thanks, >
