You shouldn't eat any nuts and seeds at the beginning of the program. Even healthy people have a hard time digesting them, and they must be soaked properly prior to consuming them. Nuts and seeds not allowed include: - cashews, because they are already processed even though they say they are raw -peanuts -pistachios -flax seeds -almonds, since most are irradiated (unless you can find them totally raw and not irradiated) - most almonds in stores in Canada and the US are irradiated but they are not labeled that they are - And any nuts or seeds that are toasted or roasted since they contain " bad " oils See Bee's website for more details: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods18.php#a10 Lis
Guest guest
> > Bee, > > I got Almonds and sunflower seeds at an organic food store. Does that mean that they are probably soaked?? I if they are not soaked can that make symptoms come back? +++Hi . No, they are not soaked and dried before selling them. You should ensure they are " truly " raw and not toasted or roasted since they will contain bad oils. Also ensure the almonds are totally raw and have not been irradiated, which means they were zapped with radiation like microwaving foods, which is damaging to the body when consume. I don't know whether organic almonds are not irradiated in your country. If grains, nuts and seeds are not soaked before eating them they are damaging to us as written in my main candida article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s21 Also see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods18.php It appears as if you haven't thoroughly read my main candida article because of your question, which is very important so you understand what to do and why: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php The best, Bee

There's many nuts and seeds you can soak and dry before eating them, but always buy them raw, untoasted and unroasted (they contain bad oils), i.e. walnuts, pecans, filberts, Brazil nuts, Hazel nuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and so on and so on - look up on the internet the possible nuts and seeds.
