This is my first post so Im hoping that I am doing this correctly. 

I just need to ask some reliable options under alternative treatments for cancers. If anybody knows some useful or got experienced through some particular treatment please tell me about that.

I am a dentist -currently doing housejob in pakistan - i am also an Irish national ( but graduated from a university in pakistan) -So i plan to continue my career in ireland or england after completeing housejob in pakistan - i would really aprreciate if someone could guide me about the exams like ORE and Press - i dont know if i am exempted from these exams or not ? 

As a vata type, I plan to start doing Surya Bhedana in my morning pranayama practice.  It seems that this form of pranayama (which through right nostril inhalation activates the pingala nadi), would be ideal for starting the day by lending active heating energy to the body.  Ruminating on this fact, I thought to myself, wouldn't Chandra Bhedana therefore be a great pranayama to do before bed?  However, I see in some places that it is not recommended to do both on the same day.  Intuitively I feel that my idea is a good one, and I presume they just don't intend for people to do them both in the same sitting or within some hours of one another.  But doing one first thing in the morning and the other last thing at night seems as if it would be very beneficial.  I hope someone out there has more definitive experience on this topic and may be of some help.  Thank you!

Licorice Root.

Keep in mind that this is healing me too, and it is working fast (one person said it took 3 months of daily licorice to heal his pssd; I'm on day 5 and my libido and erections and what not are through the roof compared to merely a month ago, and I've had this problem for over a year since quitting Lexapro).

Make sure that you take only 1 450mg Licorice Root pill daily in the early morning (I use Nature's Way brand) and BEAR WITH any negative emotional effects it gives you at first, as well as any insomnia.

Just stick with it. After a couple days, weeks, or months (or 3, at most) you will notice SUBSTANTIAL improvements in that department, or even be CURED!

Pls advice 3 weeks from today I twisted my knee and got injuiry.

I undergone MRI after 5 days of injuiry - I am using 90% of day a brace for knee

1 Week I taken total rest 1 week partial and 1 week in office work with brace always on

- MRI report impresssions

There is full thickness tear of the middle one third of the anterior cruciate ligament with asscociated small marrow contusions in the anterolateral femoral condyle and posterolateral tibial plateau.

There is tear of distal medical collateral ligament with mild sprain of the proximal lateral collateral ligament and probable posterolateral corner injury.

Moderate joint effusion is seen extending in the suprapatellar bursa with mild cellulitis.

50% Doctor suggested to start physio slow mobilty after 21 days and would recover and self healing is possible

50% doctor suggest to go for surgery and get 100% healing

I play light cricket - life style of evening walk and light excercise- never play football, sking, basketball or pivoting games.

I was wondering about the safety and effectiveness of Kanchanar Guggul.. I am wondering if anyone has experience with Kanchanar Guggul to remove the dead tissue/scar tissue especially from brain area. I had an operation there 5 yrs ago and there is some scar tissue that grew, and I am a little worried as allopathy cannot do much. I have a very good Vaidya but he has stopped practicing and I don't want to bother him about this.

Two years of excessive depression has affected body organs, nervous system and mental abilities. Less energy, gain of weight, mental confusions, loss of will power, loss of self confidence, less faith in own decisions, frequent tingling on feet and hands/arms, not able to run fast on treadmill, shortening of breath via excerises/stair climbing, whitening of hairs.

Resorted to Head oil massages for hairs; hairs did grow long but didnot stop whitening or reversing the color.

Resorting to physical exercises and yoga.

I would like to know ayurveda for curing weakness of confidence, ability to speak in public, feeling cut off from family, inability to make decisions, mental confusions and having faith in 'self', avoiding unnecessary myth conflicts and gaining will power.

Ashavgandha I have read is useful. Is it recommended for people with sensitive kindney/liver?

of late i am beginning to see this in me. last week, i was about to present something in an auditorium. (being nervous, am sure, is common amongst most of us and i am quite used to doing these presentations) but in the recent past i felt it badly. the hands were shaking to the point of not able to hold the mic, the voice was a chatter. i was not able to control myself. i was not able to bring myself to handle this properly.

What is wrong with me. am 42/m. could this be treated by medical consulation / therapy ??? if yes are there any centers in bangalore ?
