Liquid minerals

Hi All,

Long time since I posted, but I follow the daily digest with interest...my

candida problems have been greatly helped by the nutritional advice here - good

nutrition, mainly, has been my method of beating - or at least beating into

submission - the candida beast. Still have minor outbreaks of distressing rashes

from time to time, but nothing like I had when I first came here for help...

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of getting potassium as a liquid

supplement? I am subject to severe leg cramps at times, and have discovered that

potassium in large doses (up to 2000mg) will cure them instantly. The highest

dosage you can buy in a pill is only 99mg, and the pills are yucky, especially

when you have to take 10 of them at a time to get an effective dose. RDA is

about 3500mg...

Was thinking that someone may have made this in a liquid, but have not been able

to find it yet.

Any ideas? Or suggestions?

Wishing everyone here a happy, healthy holiday, and the best of the new year!!!

Jo

One need to be careful with potassium, though lot is said about this

as cardiac support.

One can find more info googling " potassium cardiac risk "

That is why they are available in less than 100mg.

Wiser to stay within limits. Too much of a good thing can be bad.

Excess potassium is used in euthanasia.

I am sure you never heard of such a thing.

I agree with not taking isolated mineral supplements. The body is meant to

ingest whole food. But the problem in the food chain today, even with organics,

is the fact of the extreme soil depletion of most of the trace elements and

depletion of microorganisms. That is why I recommend and sell minerals that are

negetively charged and colliodal. Minerals that are negetivaly charged and

colliodal will cause a natural chelation and support the electrical system of

the body.

Taking isolated and none electrically formulated minerals is toxic to the human

body. You may get some benefit, but the potential for toxifying the body is

high and not natural.

So true - to be safe, better to get your minerals from whole foods.

vitamins? Will i get enough of my minerals from the trace minerals? How much

extra calcium & magnesium should i take with the trace minerals? I think alot my

minerals got depleted after breastfeeding my 2 babies.

April, as you guessed, Cell Food is quite low in magnesium, potassium, and

selenium. You can supplement potassium by using No-Salt instead of table salt,

magnesium in a relaxing epsom salts bath 2-3 times a week, and selenium with

whole-food selenium yeast (I use a selenium yeast extract myself).

The naturally chelated organic and colloidal mineral mix I prefer is Kona Gold,

which has an assay somewhere; second would be kelp powder. I used to sell Life

Force's Body Balance but I avoid doing that today after several customers

pointed out it contains benzene, a carcinogenic preservative.

all good,

Duncan

In a healthy person the vitamins are synthesized out of the food we eat by the

broad spectrum of microorganisms in our GI tract.

So i say you do not have to supplement vitamins. You need to supplement

minerals and microorganisms due to the depleted food supply.

As long as you are not eating insoluble fiber ie. grain and nuts for the most

part, and supplementing minerals and microorganisms your intake should be

adequate. I do not know about your personal profile with me so I can not say

anymore with the limited data. There are other items that I use depending on

your situation.

And yes, breastfeeding is a tax on a woman's system if her reserves are not

adequate to begin with.

I just looked up your order, I see you ordered body balance and sea salt. In

the beginning with the minerals it is best if you can afford it to take 4 ounces

or more a day for a few months to saturate the body, which amount to one quart a

week. The sea salt has directions on the jar. I use the salt in drinking water

with the CellFood to hydrate and build up the body's reserves. I will be having

more information on the web site this month on product clinical recommendation

or you can request the PDF from Nieema I have available for the group already.

One very important piece of information that needs to be understood, in the

body, it is the broad spectrum of microorganisms that make available the

minerals and amino acids which are the building blocks of all that we are,

period. That is why I am a staunch supporter of microorganisms.
