Candidase

Hi

I'm new to the group. Think I may have had candida for the best part

of 10 years.. due to CFS or chronic fatigue syndrome.

I did test negative for candida albicans, but I have a lot of the

symptoms: sugar/carb cravings, horrible phlegm after eating carb-rich

foods, brain fog etc..

Anyhow, I had ordered Candidase and have been using it for a couple of

days. I seem to have a bad head with this product. Could this be die-

off?

Anyone else have any experiences with it?

I have read the files, and will be trying the exclusion diet and

antifungal supps.
