Hi Lorraine. Cleaning out your bowel with plain filtered water is

important to do first, and it will help too. Some people do feel

somewhat uncomfortable after doing an enema. I suggest you do a

probiotic enema every other day (3 times) which should settle things

down more. Then wait 4 days before doing any more enemas.

Also apply wet heat to your abdomen. Do this a couple times a day as

well: For relaxation do this for 15 minutes every day. Lie on the floor

with your feet on a chair so your thighs are at a right angle to the

seat of the chair and the calves of your legs are lying across the seat

of the chair. It is as simple as that. It also pools the blood to the

abdomen which helps it heal. Do ensure you are getting enough good

fats in your diet every day. They strengthen your intestines and help

them heal.

Cheers, Bee
