Hi Bee!

Ok! Sorry for the weirdo subject but can I cut my 100% cocoa butter

stick and eat it? LOL!

My taste buds have changed in a week on the diet. Organic strawberry

fruit spread and organic lemonade now taste super-yucky (too sweet!)to

me! But I'm working on weaning out from chocolate. (Guilty as charged

but only a square here and there, please don't send the Bee police

after me!) ;-D

Anywhoo, somebody please tell me it's not toxic to eat my cocoa butter

stick. I just want the saturated fat and chocolate taste minus the sugar.

Yes? No?

Thanks!

Chris.

==>You are being a very bad girl my dearest. We may have to put you

in candida jail. LOL!

==>You have cravings still but they will lessen with time and

persistence on your part. See the Candida Diet Folder for

Withdrawal Symptoms, Cravings and other articles which give you

steps you can follow when you " just have to have " something.

Luv & Hugs, Bee

Rats! LOL! Thanks for the reply Bee!

Though for clarification, is it toxic to eat it? I thought it was just

the saturated fat and none of the bad...?

*dons angel's halo and promises to try and be good-er!

I keep looking and looking, but I cannot find the Withdrawal Symptoms, Cravings,

etc. in the

Candida Diet Folder. :(

==>It's cocoa, and probably refined. I don't know whether it would be

toxic unless there were other ingredients in it, and depending upon how

it is processed.

==>Okey dokey. Have some coconut oil instead.
