Bee,

I did the vitamin C flush today. I went ok, I got pretty tired

and fell asleep then woke with a headache. I've been drinking clove

tea and ginger tea but nothing's helping. Probably I shouldn't take

anymore vitamin C, is there anything else I can do?

==>What are you trying to handle? Sorry, I do not understand my

friend.

Hi Bee,

I had a really bad headache and was trying to deal with that. It's

gone now anyway. Do you think that was also from die-off? Should I

do another flush in a week? Maybe that's too much for me also, maybe

I need to just slow down on everything, I don't know.

==>A bad headache is also a die-off symptom for sure. If your symptoms

are unbearable maybe you need to slow down, but it is not possible to

avoid all healing symptoms.
