==>Hi Marla. The alkaline/acid theory is false - see the article on it

in our files by Dr. Weston A. Price. Headaches are a healing symptom.

Read the articles on Healing Reactions and Natural Healing to

understand how it works. When your body gets the nutrients it needs it

goes into high gear healing, like it should. Reactions don't mean you

have any allergy when it comes to good foods - read the article on

Allergies in our files too. Also see the Candida Diet folder on

protein and how important it is for the body. Animal proteins contain

nutrients like oil soluble vitamins & B12 and others that are so

necessary for good health. There are no subsitutes in the plant

kingdom.

==>Start on small amounts of meats and gradually increase them, as well

as doing all of the other things recommended in my article to help your

body detoxify and heal, i.e. lemon juice and sea salt drink, dry skin

brushing, enemas, chlorophyll, and so on.

The best in health, Bee
