Yes...you will produce endorphins if you use day-time dosing.

What is your reason for wanting to try day-time dosing ?

Yes, you'll still produce endorphins BUT you won't get near the

endorphin production as you would at night and this could leave you

vulnerable to continued disease progression if you suffer from a

disease like Progressive MS, ALS, cancer, RA, CFS, Fibromyalgia,

Alzheimer's, Cancer.

Well, Im doing 8grams on glutamine + Entocort + Pentasa and a god

probiotic. So any endorphin boost will help.

Sure i'd rather get the max benefit at night, it's just the insomnia

isn't doing me any good on my malnourished body. I am to worried about

sleep aids because of the fear of anxiety and not falling asleep.

Im just sick of the immune suppression and really wanted to try LDN and

the positive way.

Thanks. Anymore input be awesome.

Dear kevclo1,

Try to deal with it - hang in there. From reading your posts, it sounds like nothing especially negative has happened to you yet, except the FEAR that it will (I agree fear is very powerful...but....)

Over and over again, list members report that these side effects go away within 2 weeks. Sometimes it helps to reduce the dose for awhile and ramp up in the subsequent weeks or months.

But for the most part, all the relevant research and testing indicates that the best time to take this is at night to be effective. Any other time is a crapshoot and may be worthless.

Insomnia and vivid dreams for a week or two are really not significant compared to many of the side effects of most mainstream drugs on the market. It could be a lot worse! Try to Give it some time and try the melatonin if it is still bothers you.

For me, I was waking up and all energetic at 3-4 am. but eventually fell back asleep and had much more enery and alertness upon awakening.

Good luck!

Right.

And how much endorphins do you need to get in remission? I need all I can get :-)

And I got almost 100 % better.

Use melatonin or sleep aids to cope with your insomnia.

As I've mentioned a few times:

your insomnia will stop after app. 7 - 10 days.

Melatonin is a mild medication, as far as I know. And sleep aids could be used just for shorter time, you will not get addicted to them.

Good luck in doing this job, I'm convinced you'll make it! Ingrid
