Don't worry about this, it is almost impossible to do.

Too much magnesium just causes diarrhoea.

Potassium is the only one there is a real risk with and people usually don't do

anything

wiht that.

Zinc is very hard to get into people with a mineral transport (mercury) problem,

you really

don't have to worry about it.

Don't give them any copper.

Otherwise do anything reasonable, it will be fine.

The two main minerals that he was toxic, were calcium and iron. Any

time I tried to add those, he had major regression and behavioral

issues. I ended up using IP6, a demineralizer, to get his levels

down. I used IP6 myself to eliminate kidney stones, great stuff!

I once gave Thorne PicMins to my #4. It contains a high amount of

manganese. It caused her to have a major cough, which I looked up

online and manganese toxicity can cause that. So I stopped giving her

PicMins and chose another mineral supplement.

Too much magnesium usually causes diarrhea.

Too much zinc caused nosebleeds here for my #1, and hand posturing and

some aggression for #2.

For me personally, certain minerals will resolve muscle cramps in my

legs and feet, but once I was fully loaded, those same minerals

actually *caused* muscle cramps. I take my minerals mostly as

individuals, altho I do have a multi that I take every once in a

while. Sometimes, too much minerals will give me a headache.

Mineral deficiency, for me, caused pain around the kidney area, sleep

problems, and the muscle cramps.

Yes, this has just happened here again. Started up all the supps for chelation

and the

nosebleeds started up on just 30 mgs of zinc. Drop it and the nosebleeds stop.

I had to give my #1 copper for a while, now I give him 15mg zinc and

3mg copper and that seems to work well.
