Testosterone Results confused me

I'm 21yo with hypogonadism diagnosed about 8months ago.

My levels were about 100 (300-1000 acceptable range labcorp). So I went on

androderm and it did nothing so I went to 5mg androgel. After 3months on

that my levels were constant at around 300-350. So I was put on 10mg of

androgel and I came back after 2months to be tested and I got the results

today. My levels were off the chart for Total Testosterone it was 9,980 on

the same scale as above. My urologist was baffled at why it was soo high (he

added he's never seen anyone that high in his life) since he only doubled it

and my Estridiol was 100 scale said max was 52 for any man.

My question is, the value given to me today is it even possible? Any side

effects? My doctor was pretty baffled and said he's gonna cut my androgel

down but he wanted another test. I don't feel any different, not horny as a

dog, or like going on a rampage etc. I'm kinda confused
