Hi:

A few months ago I did a 7 day fast. I was trying to get rid of a yeast

infection and I had read about fasting. I have cured my self of bronquitis and

other colds and infections that way. So I just kept going and fasted for 7

days. When I got done, I was surprised at some of the things that happened to

my body.,

my left breast had gotten really hard

Sorry I left you with half the story. My computer froze!

any way, after the fast I noticed that the thickness in my left breast was

gone! It had become very hard and had me scared. also in my joints, I was

starting to feel stifness and after the fast they were all limber and clean like

they were years ago.

Fasting is a very powerful healing technique , but it must be done very

carefully carefuly and with knowledge or it could be dangerous! read about it
