Amy,

Dark circles can be a lot of things, different for each kid. Allergies, food or

seasonal, viral issues, yeast and rarely a stressed liver. We used to get dark

circles with allergies, then that quit and now I will notice her eyes are dark

when she is coming down with something.

The bad breath in addition to the dark circles would most likely tell me to look

for a sinus problem/infection.

Yeast is best treated OTC by lots of probiotics and Candex. A lot of people use

Grapefruit Seed Extract but doesn't work here. All of these can be found at your

local hfs. I hope your little guy feels better soon.

I think it depends on what the breath smells like. I finally diagnosed my NT

daughter, with yeast, due to her constant rancid breath.

Thanks, . I looked for the obvious....no ear infection/inflammation, no

runny nose or sniffles. No allergic type reactions. First time I have noticed

this at all, the only *new* thing is folic acid in addition to MB12.

Going to have to get that blood stick, not looking forward to this. As

always, I appreciate your help and feedback.

Fondly,

Amy

-Sounds like it. I get this when I eat too much sugar and yeast is

becomming an issue. That is providing he is not eating any offending

foods. Those can cause dark circles too.

Natural yeast fighter:

Grapefruit seed extract works well

caprylic acid

There is a list in the file section I think.

LOL

I thought about posting a reply that started like:

Hey! What's with the insult?!

But previously, when I tried to be sarcastic and/or funny, it always

backfired on me.

Plus, I do know of a few doctors who are actually helpful. Not many,

but a few. So I would not want to lump them in with all the other

ones out there.

Hi,

I need to say that I am not trying to waste everybody time to argue on this

as there are so many emails to clear each day on top of other activities.

This is a support group and we are to share our experiences and it is up to

individual to believe or not. I appreciate and respect people who spent

their time to respond to desperate parents email rather than not responding

at all. I am not saying we are obliged to respond, even I myself sometimes

are too busy to respond so we must really give credit to people who respond

when they gain nothing out of it. We must really thank and grateful for

their time and effort. Again, it is our own duty to read up before we commit

any solutions suggested by anybody.

I respect doctors but again there are good and bad doctors. I think a good

doctor should be one who are willing to listen to all possible cures and

research on them before rejecting any ideas or possibilities to treat their

patients if their current methods cannot work. Again, there are doctors who

do not believe nutrition and in my area, some of the doctors keep on

prescribing antiboties for very minor sickness without knowing that it does

not solve the root cause, in fact, it does more harm. It does not means all

doctors advise are right, sometimes, you may be surprised to find that the

experience of some of them here gives options that work, again it is for us

to research and seek opinions before we commit.

Last but not least, I am just suggesting we can try to reduce the numbers of

email by sending directly to the address of the person whom you want to

thank or other personal things rather than through this support group as

this group really has floods of emails. Usually, I will not bother to

discuss anything that is not relevant to our kids but I just cant help to

this time as I really hope those who spend time and effort to share will not

be discouraged. Their effort should be appreciated.

Cheers

Agnes
