We found glycine, carnitine and creatine pyruvate very helpful. Taurine

was moderately helpful, but many other peole have had great results

with it.

Glycine and taurine help a lot with liver and bile and are calming for

most people. Carnitine is also somewhat calming and very helpful for

fat metabolism. i prefer to give it with faty acid supps, but give

others away from food.

Creatine pyruvate is better than monohydtate, I think. good for

mitochondrial activity - helps brain function, concnetration,

hyperactivity, energy

Unfortunately Dr. Null has no relevant experience in this area is is relying on

the

inappropriate religious beliefs of the DAN! and ACAM communities.

Some kids are low, some high, for some these are wonderfully helpful, others are

made

horribly worse by them. Anyone with heavy metal problems will get worse if

given enough

of these.

If this has been answered already - my apologies - but, what test let's one know

who is high or low in sulphur amino acids? My kids like whey drinks and I

thought another posting said they were high in these aminos. I don't want to be

making things worse for them.

Thank you!
