Seven LDN 4.5mcg tablets taken 1x per night so far(last thing before

bed) (avicel filler).

Have Sjogren's and Hashimoto's.

So far the effects have been waking up after about 3 hours sleep every

night..not to bothersome and I get back to sleep quite easily.

Thats it so far..still hoping for some relief from the Sjogren's Dry

Desert symtpoms including the heavy fatigue and aches.

Will update in a week or two.

Cheers

Thanks so much for letting us know I know of several people who are

lurkers here and are taking LDN for sjogrens. I myself and starting

for sjorens tomorrow night so your feedback is considered very

important to the group of us that are using LDN with this illness.

I too, have Sjogren's, and am interested if LDN can help. I am not

considering LDN right now, but may want to try it eventually.
