Joyce, Sounds like the lining of your stomach/esophogus are probably worn thin. Not surprizing considering western society's dietary habits. There are ways to naturally rebuild the lining though. Try to keep your ph alkaline if possible. I can't give much advice since I didn't pay alot of attention to the subject being I didn't have that problem. Google it or maybe Bruce will chime in! On Skips advice I switched to lactose and the symptoms are much improved. I use Celebrex because of the arthritis in my hip caused by the MS weakness, and I think that is the only thing bothering my stomach now. I have tried the apple cider vinegar but it burns my stomach too much. Same thing with the tart cherry juice someone recommended. I wish I could find an easy-to-stick-to MS friendly diet. Any ideas? I can't do a lot of cooking so it needs to be SIMPLE. Thanks, Joyce
