Hi ,

Those things that are in your vitamin C should be fine. Bioflavanoids are a good

thing.

Never seen that brand. The one I have is Puritan's Pride Ester-C 500 mg.

Vit C 500 mg as ester-C calcium ascorbate (calcium 55 mg)

Citrus bioflavonoid complex, rutin, and hesperidin.

Because of the label above, if you want plain " esterC " without the

bioflavonoids, look for calcium ascorbate.

Google search results

http://www.google.com/search?client=opera & rls=en & q=esterC & sourceid=opera & ie=utf-\

8 & oe=utf-8

How low a dose have you tried? Did you take it with a meal? My husband

had a problem with plain calcium ascorbate (ester C) but then I found

out he had taken 5000 mg all at once. GEEZ! The most he had ever taken

in a dose before was 500 mg.

500 mg is my dose limit, and I can't take it on an empty stomach.
