HAVE YOU EVER TRIED THE NEW WHITE CRANBERRY JUICE? I THINK IT IS BY

OCEAN SPRAY. THEY HAVE WHITE CRANBERRY, WHITE CRANBERRY WITH PEACH,

WHITE CRANBERRY WITH STRAWBERRY. PERSONALLY, I LIKE THE ONE WITH PEACH.

MY HUSBAND GOT ME STARTED ON THIS WHEN I HAD A UTI.

YOU ARE JUST SO GOOD WITH ANSWERS AND EXPLAINING THINGS. I'VE BEEN ON

MAGNESIUM FOR A LONG TIME BECAUSE OF MY CFIDS DOC IN ALBANY. I SEE THE DOC

MONDAY SO I'LL SEE WHAT HE SAY'S I'VE ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE LEFT SIDE

OF MY BODY VERSES THE RIGHT. IT'S BEEN MOSTLY FIBRO TYPE STUFF NOT ANYTHING

THAT SHOWED UP ON TEST TYPE THINGS..I ALSO HAVE A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH

THE TREATMENT YOU WOULD NEED TO FIX IT DEPENDS ON HOW AND WHY IT IS BEING

PINCHED -- IT COULD TAKE ANYTHING FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY TO SURGERY (A LAST

RESORT AFTER EVERYTHING ELSE HAS BEEN TRIED). THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WILL

HAVE TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR DR OR CHIRO.

IF IT IS FROM SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS CALCIUM BUILD-UP IN A JOINT, TAKING

EXTRA MAGNESIUM WILL HELP, IF IT IS A SLIPPED OR HYRNEATED DISK, PHYSICAL

THERAPY OFTEN WORKS. IF IT IS FROM A FUSED JOINT, THAT CAN TAKE A LOT MORE

TO FIX. IF IT IS FROM SCARRING, THEY NOW HAVE CREAMS THAT CAN REDUCE

SCARRING. IF IT IS FROM TRAUMA TO THE AREA, OR RIPPED MUSCLES, THE TREATMENT

WOULD DEPEND ON THE CAUSE AND THE EXTENT OF THE NERVE DAMAGE.

THERE IS ALSO RECURRENCE OF THE PINCHED NERVE IN MANY OF THESE CASES. SO IF

Please join in.We call deep breathing, smell the coffee and blow out the candles. Breath in through your nose -deep from your diaphragm - then blow the breath out through pursed lips.
