Just started LDN for my Psoriasis

I took my first LDN last night. I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic

arthritis. This is the final therapy I'm trying before doing a

biologic like Embrel. I'll post weekly on how I'm doing on it. Last

night I took a melatonin and benadryl and still had difficulty staying

asleep. Hopefully the difficulty sleeping will wear off.
