Doc clearly states the following, but I cannot document it. Any

ideas?

" Hysteromegaly on pelvic ultrasound in 1990. "

Apparently, I'm not the only person who likes to make up " medical " words. *lol*

I can't document

" hysteromegaly, " " uteromegaly, " nor " metromegaly. "

However, I did look up (in the AMA's 2001 ICD-9-CM) the diagnostic code: 621

Disorders of uterus,

not elsewhere classified. 621.2 is " Hypertrophy of uterus, " described as " Bulky

or enlarged

uterus. "

I sure hope this helps.
