Hi Renate,

My wife gets MSG headaches too, so I looked up headaches on this folk

remedies web site:

http://www.health911.com/remedies/rem_head.htm

If you find something that works, please post.

OK, I took 4 grams of vitamin c (catalyst for making enzymes), a

teaspoon of bee pollen (for enzymes and minerals), drank 2 cups of

dandelion root tea (detox liver/gallbladder), a bunch of magnesium

citrate (muscle relaxer) and lots of water (hydration, detox) and

after a few hours it is gone. I figured the body needs magnesium and

other minerals for the enzymes and chemical reactions to break things

down. I'll try it all again next time (hope there isn't one) and see

what happens.

Years ago before I knew about MSG and lyme I would get migranes that

lasted for days and a few week long ones! AAAUGH! My little bit of

research seems to indicate that no matter the initial cause of

migranes - aspartame, MSG, fibromyalgia, lyme disease, chemical

sensitivity, they all seem to make each other worse - it's all

affecting the same struggling organs and if you combine a few of them

it really compounds the issue!

My friends swear by coffee enemas, say it gets rid of headaches in

minutes but Gee, I dunno...
