That was why I asked abotu all you take. Three separate times in my life

i have had some side effects that I had NO CLUE what was wrong. I

thought I was dying once and it was from a cold med I had taken for

about a week and then had actual WITHDRAWALS from! The other two times

could be directly attributed to herbal things I tried. These symptoms

sort of crept in while I wasn;t paying attention so it wasn;t obvious it

strated with the supplement. What about your DL-Phenylalanine

Supplement? Think it might be related to stopping it?

Morning Val

Only this morning did i realise what the above means!

I thought (last night) that it meant arrhythmia which is why i said i only

had it for a short while a week or two ago.

Palps it means, yes........

So what I did last night was take half of my usual dose and then added in

some 5HTP and I will now try to decrease the dose over time and try to go to all

5HTP.

Thanks for pointing that out and sorry for not being receptive to

understanding what you were trying to indicate.

And thanks for being there, I really felt so very alone last night.

The DLPA, well possibly. I ran out a couple of days ago.

This stimulates production of T4 as I understand it as well as other stuff

so not sure.

Hi Debbie

Yes I found out earlier that you are correct~! It is a nice, sunny but cold

day here in England and I HAD to go out and must say that the walk did lots

to lift my spirits.

Feeling much better today and let's hope it continues.

So you are ot taking any h/c at the moment while you wait for the Pred. to

clear your system? Have I got that right?

~Do you know, I don't know what is bloat and what is fat and what is water

retention! I really don't know. I remember a homeopath asking me if i suffering

from bloating and I said I don't know, what is it?

Is it wind/gas build-up?

Sorry to be so ignorant but I have always been unclear on this one.

Hi Linn

I am thanks Linn - feeling better today.

Could do with some more sleep, that bloomin' hound of mine will INSIST of

barking at the postie every morning and earplugs or no earplugs that's my sleep

over. Love him to bits just the same - just wish he would shut up once in a

while. Thinks he is guarding him, bless him.

Yes, mag. I am going to get more organised tonight and get my high-dose mag.

next to the bed and try that (I used to take it every night and recently I

have been taking it during the day for the simple reason that the bottle ended

up with my day-time stuff and I am so disorganised I never got round to

taking it into my bedroom).

The Nytol I have been taking is an antihistamine and Val could be right in

pointing out to me the side-effects which seem to include palpitations.

So I am going to try and be good girl and stick with the mag, the 5HTP and

if necessary some Valerian thrown in.

A mallet over the head might do the trick!

I have had insomnia problems, like I posted, since childhood and I would

give anything to just be able to put my head on the pillow, like some people

can, most people I think can, and just drift off to sleep.

Wouldn't that be the business?

Well yes and no Linn which is not much of an answer I realise.

I did look into it and because my memory is SO crap, I cannot tell you what

my impressions were at that time which was about a year ago.

So much else going on, trying to optomise Armour, deal with personal

I found I was over the range in sodium. Is that connected Linn?

Desperately trying to remember what it was that I felt was the blockage to

taking this further?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
