APD has transmitted the Medicaid funds to the fiscal employer agent (payroll company), Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), but problems with the new CDC+ operational structure are preventing the file that tells PPL how to distribute the funds from successfully loading. This is preventing provider payments from being processed. Paychecks

for this pay period may be delayed by up to a week and a half from the payroll date. This week, APD and PPL have assigned additional staff to work together closely to correct this problem and minimize delays in payment. APD does not expect this issue to impact any future payrolls.
