Dear Heidi,

May you all have strength at this time, by sharing your love. I send you my

love as well.

It was good to read that he was on a morphine drip. He did let go peacefully.

Love so much,

Imogene

comfortable,he was pretty sick for about 3 days just prior to passing.

I hope to continue to learn from you all and share in your happiness and

Heidi,

So sorry to hear you have had a rough weekend. And it has been so blazing cold.

I do hope your friend makes it through the next few days with people like you to

support her.

Give her an extra hug from me.

can anyone who is on methodone, tell me something about it...I know all pain

killers have or can have terrible side effects years ago I started on low dose

percocet then the higher so the doctor was really concerned about the

acetamenophen and my liver, because I had taken it for so many years and the

doses were having to go higher....with the injections I get. Now I am on nucenta

et tabs 150 mil, one every 12 hours. They keep asking do I want to go on

methodone but I told them no and I was happy with the results from the nucenta

(not sure about the spelling). I heard now it is getting harder for these docs

to prescribe these types of meds because people don't use them right and we are

paying the price. Is'nt it enough that we have this pain to deal with, without

any fda problems!

Thanks ya'll for letting me vent.....anyone else need to let off some steam?

So nice to see real posts from real people. Is there anyway to delete these

people who keep sending spam? How annoying.

Well, my doctor came through with more percocets, enough for a full month and I

go back on May 8th. These don't work for me as well as the methadone but I will

have to wait until pain management before getting back on them I suppose. I

don't want to make the doctor angry asking to get put back on them but I will

tell him how they're not as good.

Oh, I live in a little town in north Florida and must drive 1 and a half hours

to get to the big city. Thank you all for listening and being here. It helps

to know you're there if I need to vent. Thank you.

My pain doc requires drug testing at every visit. He is testing for street

drugs. He is a good guy. Maybe the recommendation has something to do with the

ability to monotor the drug. good luck.
