Ginger,

I too was on Ambien for almost that long...I took myself

off as I had a couple of scary things happen to me after

I took it at nite, and one had to do with my grandaughter

and putting eye drops in her eyes..I didn't do it thank

God but I could have and didn't even remember it the next

day, the other time I answered the ph at 2 in the morning,

was stumbling around in the kitchen when Ruthie came in and

told me to go to bed, I didn't even remember that, so I took

myself off of it and now that the pm things from costco's and

it works fine...I am not having bad dreams I was having when

I was on Ambien and wouldn't take it every nite...

Guess if it isn't hurting you then don't worry about it..lol
