I use vitamin E capsules for a scar I have on my arm from a dog bite, which has

healed withthe scar about 1/2 inch long. But I've never taken it because I take

several multi's, a formula for joints and then 2 drinks per day getting the red

vegs andthe purple vegs. These drinks taste good and they help as much as

anything can, to support my immune system.
