I have Lupus as well as RA and one of my first symptoms were sores in mouth.

They are painless and my rheumy said it was one of the lesser known symptoms of

Lupus. Hope this helps. Holly

I have been diagnosised with LUPUS,RA and Fibromyalgia for about 6 years now. I

have reoccurring sores in my nose, head and mouth. Do you currently take any type

of steroid? If so, my family doctor as well as Rheumatologist say it could be

from them steroids.

When I started the medicine Methotrexate to treat my RA, I developed small

blisters in my mouth. I understand these blister can show up anywhere in

mucus membrane area. You did not say which medicines you were taking

for your condition. I was able to control these blisters in my mouth by

taking the supplement leucovorin in addition to folic acid. Where do you

have the cysts?

Wow! Sounds familiar! I'll have to print all this stuff and take it

to the doc with me next week. Thank you Tami!
