Re: Which herbs?

Hi ,

I wasn't able to find any herbs that can reverse PSSD, but I did see

some improvements in libido with maca. On the other hand, it made my

sleep worse, so I stopped it.

In terms of sensation, I guess the best ones are ginkgo (which you're

already taking) and yohimbe. But you're right that yohimbe can cause

cardiovascular issues.

I found " Passion RX " to be quite a good blend of different herbs,

that has an effect on all stages of the sexual response, but it's a

subtle effect, nothing major. They have two versions: one with

yohimbe, and one without. They one with yohimbe is more effective,

but more hazardous.

Wish I could say something more positive, but maybe others have had

better results with herbs than I have.

Have you tried adding arginine to the ginkgo? They work better

together than separately. Some people have regained sensation with

this combo.
