Yes, I have. My blood pressure suddenly went up very high in 1998, and

I had to struggle to manage it. There is no history of HBP in the

family - it just came out of nowhere.

There have been some studies done that link high blood pressure with

EMR....and interestingly it has reasched epidemic proportions - at least

here in Australia.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

HAS ANYONE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BEING

LINKED WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPERSENSITIVITY.

Hello Irene,

that is normal.

Heart diseases and coronaries are often the result of high bloodpressure.

In a surrounding with field strenght under 0.06 V/m there are less than 5 %

people with high blood pressure.

In a surrounding with field strenghts between 0.06 and 0.6 V/m there are 20%

people

with a high blood pressure and in a stark polluting surrounding with field

strenghts over 0.6 V/m

there are 30%. There seems to be a clear connection.

EM disrupts the bodies ability to manage calcium AND magnesium. This can raise

blood

pressure. It is important to include calcium in your health program along with

Garlic.

CoQ10 is also good.

EM can also LOWER BP causing brachacardia...I think I spelled that correctly.

Hope that helps some.

I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY BLOOD PRESSURE. I WENT TO

THE DOCTOR AND HE PUT ME ON MORE BLOOD PRESSURE

MEDICINE. MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS HIGH AND I CAN'T GET

IT OFF OF THE HIGH 90'S TO 101 BOTTOM NUMBER. I GOT

TODAY SOME POMEGRANTE PILLS THEY SAY ITS A GOOD ANTI

OXIDANT AND HELPS WITH LIVER ENZYMES TO IMPROVE.

I'VE ADDED SEVERAL SUPPLEMENTS TO MY REGIMEN AND IN

THE MORNING FIRST THING I'M FINE AND THEN ABOUT AN

HOUR LATER IT SEEMS LIKE THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE KICKS

IN AND THE ONLY WAY TO FEEL BETTER IS TO TAKE A 2-3

HOUR NAP. WE ARE GOING ON VACATION NEXT WEEK AND ITS

KIND OF DISTURBING ME THINKING ABOUT FLYING. ANY

IDEAS. IS THIS NORMAL. ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR GETTING THE

BLOOD PRESSURE DOWN BESIDES MEDICINE. I'VE INCREASED

MY WATER INTAKE.

WE'VE LOOKED AROUND FOR A GUASSMETER AND WE CAN'T FIND

ONE. ANY SUGGESTIONS? IRENE

You said " more " blood pressure medicine. It sounds like you are already

taking something. I am no doctor and can't give you any " advice. " I can

recommend that you find another doctor or at least get another opinion.

How about looking for a health professional that looks for the problem

underneath the symptom and helps with remedying the causative factor,

rather than trying to lesson the symptoms.

There are many causes of high blood pressure, stress, toxins, foods,

blah, blah blah. Get some blood work, get some good professional help,

is my " suggestion. "

Is there a TCM -Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist around there?

Or even just a regular herb store.

There are scads of herbs that lower blood pressure, especially

oriental it seems. Depending on other various conditions would

depend what they give you, as most are mainly used for other things.

They may even have to look them up individually, but you can also

check lists online for Chinese herbs that lower BP.

I'd be afraid to fly too with that, as bad as it's been for me in the

past without it.

Best of luck, and quick reconcilement. :)

This is good advice. Think 'outside the box' a bit. In another group I

belong to a person had high BP and was advised to eliminate commercial

table salt in all forms from his diet and start eating natural sea salt

instead, in fact to take a LOT of sea salt. He used the 'Salt/C'

protocol (the group is 'LymeStrategies'), and I believe went up to about

8g daily in divided doses (that is 2 teaspoons), with equivalent amounts

of vitamin C.

The result? If I recall correctly his BP dropped from about 170/100 to

120/80. He was flabbergasted, to say the least. He was on BP

medication at the time also, and someone theorized that the salt helped

make the medication work properly. I don't know the details, but

mineral imbalances can be a major factor in BP problems, and natural sea

salt (I believe he used RealSalt or Celtic) can correct that.

I also have had BP problems, going to about 150/105 at times, and I take

about 4-6g of RealSalt daily and that keeps my BP normal, about 125/82.

Outside the box can work, WAY outside sometimes.

Yeah, I forgot about the salt. " Regular " table salt is not salt, it's

been kiln dried at around 1,000F, and changes into some other form,

not dissolvable, plus all the other baddies they add to it.

I love Real Salt, and have used Celtic too. Important to check that

sea, or any salt is sun and not kiln dried however, to get the good

results.

HOW DO YOU TAKE THIS SALT? SPRINKLE IT ON YOUR FOOD. i

HAD A HIMALAYAN CRYSTAL SALT . YOU SOAK THE CRYSTAL

STONES AND YOU DRINK SO MUCH A DAY. IT IS SUPPOSEDLY

FROM PAKISTAN. I WAS TAKING IT AND IT SEEMED LIKE MY

BLOOD PRESSURE WAS GOING UP NOT DOWN. SO I STOPPED.

BUT I NEVER GOT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO DO IT. I WAS

TOLD A TEASPOON DILUTED IN WATER EACH DAY. WHEN I DID

IT I COULD FEEL A SURGE IN MY HEAD AND I GOT A LITTLE

LITE HEADED THEN I STARTED TAKING A 1/2 TEASPOON AND

THEN I STOPPED BECAUSE I FIGURED MAYBE I WASN'T DOING

IT CORRECTLY.

ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS SALT FROM AMERICANBLUEGREEN.COM

ALSO, I HAVE TAKEN THE IONIC FOOT BATHS AND I CAN

TRULY SAY IT SEEMS TO REALLY DRAIN THE TOXINS OUT OF

YOU. THE WATER TURNS COLORS AND ITS REMARKABLE.

ALSO I HAVE AN IONIZER THAT ATTACHES TO THE SHOWER AND

THAT IS A REMARKABLE THING. IT COMES FROM GERMANY

AND IT HELPS WITH BREATHING - YOU BREATHE IN THE MIST

OF WATER IT HELPS WITH BRUSING. IF YOU STUMP YOUR TOE

I TURN ON THE MIST AND WATER TAKES THE PAIN AWAY IT

SEEMS LIKE ALMOST INSTANTLY. OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO USE

COLD WATER AND MOST OF THE TIME THAT IS A RUDE

AWAKING. BUT IT WORKS.

Here is some info on brine/sole-solution from crystal salt.

http://www.life-enthusiast.com/salt/index.htm

I only took a couple a drops a day in a glass of water a day. First thing in

the morning before food and drink lots during the day. Teaspoon was mentioned as

max. think it was five to ten little drops i took, not even a quarter teaspoon.

THE WATER SHOULD NOT BE BOILED, NOT EXCEED 40 DEGREES CELCIUS OR THE STRUCTURE

OF THE SALT CHANGES and it does not work.

Always use your intuition.

Maybe just replacing commercial salt with good salt is good enough.. (you can

grind the crystals as well and use it instead of table salt.) I try to use

mainly good salt, mainly sea salt these days.

I've been using Redmond Real Salt. If I don't add in some warm water the salt

and vitamin C I add goes to the bottom of the jar. I usually use boiled water.

I let it cool and add it to that. Then I boil some more water and put in just

enough to warm the water. Nothing worse than boiled water and salt when the

water is hot enough to burn you. The left over water is allowed to cool and I

use it the next day. Are you saying that I am doing this wrong by adding hot

water to the salt? If I don't add warm water the salt and sometimes vitamin C

goes to the bottom of the jar and I don't taste them till I am finished

drinking the jar of water.

Hi,

This was a specific instruction i got with the himalayan rock salt, the sole

solution.

Not sure if it applies to other salts. If it works do not change it!! Maybe a

more scientific mind can shine a light on the 40 degree celcius thing, on what

exactly the structural change is. I do kinda try and stick to it when drawing

baths and stuff.

Re: Re: HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

(you

can grind the crystals as well and use it instead of table salt.) I try to use

mainly good salt, mainly sea salt these days.

I have written a lot about this on my blog.

www.kurtsprotocol.blogspot.com <http://www.kurtsprotocol.blogspot.com/>

.. Look for my entries on the Salt/C protocol.

Probably you started with way too much, and had some sort of immune

activation. Anyway that is the common thinking.

Another possibility is that you need a different type of salt. Some

people do not do well on the Himalayan. Also to try would be Redmond

(RealSalt.com) and Celtic, and possibly salt tablets by CMC (this is

explained also on the blog).

Just salting your food is not enough. You actually need to take some

salt in a lot of water, preferably with vitamin C, on an empty stomach,

between meals or before meals. This gets the electrolytes into the body

and increases your blood volume. Many chronically ill people have low

blood volume for various reasons, and that can also cause high BP.

It is also critical to note the type of salt you use. Ensure all salt products

consumed are not

fluoridated.

Manufacturers fluoridate table salt, along with idiodizing it. Some salt,

thankfully, has D3.

Fluoridation is a toxin that IS radio active. This CAUSES EM symptoms including

hyper/

hypotension, thyroidism, anxiety, confusion, forgetfulness, sleeplessness,

depression...pulmonary and renal disfunction.

Any addition of salt to the diet should include the addition of water.

The capsule removal is out of the question for two reasons.. financially and

also since acquired the von willenbrand blood clotting disorder which the

acquired kind is a auto immune disease. I think when my right implant

ruptured last year, the toxic stuff poured in my body, then when the ps

broke the other side to remove the implant the left side poured it toxic

stuff in me. From then on, i have become very ill and continue to get new

auto immune diseases and have many strange symptoms. They story goes on and

on.. and all of this without any support and no one to believe me, most of

all, my husbands support! thanks again Margie

Shari, Thanks so much for the nice letter. My husband is very stubborn, he

just sees that I am putting him through crap. He has not been to any doctors

visits, has not looked at tests results, just thinks its all in my head.

Everyday of my life, I continue to have pain, low grade fevers, really bad

fatique, numbness, high blood pressure (much better from meds now), IC

(bladder pain) blood clotting problems, really bad brain fog.... the list

goes on. All of this alone, thank God to all the nice woman on the support

group, don't know where I would be without them. MARGIE

Margie, I am so sorry to hear of your situation. I don't know what the answer is, but I do know this: You will have our support here 100%! We know how devastating these illnesses can be, and we are doing everything we can to find out how to heal from them and get our life back. I think we've learned a bit on our group of how successful we can be. It's been amazing and so uplifting to hear of women getting their life back! While we don't know for sure, perhaps even with the capsules in you can do some healing, although it might be in smaller steps as compared to someone who has had the capsule removed. It is really a very individual healing effort. I do wish you wellness, and hope you can do some things to detox your body. I also pray that your husband will get a heart and find some way to support you. But you do have

us. We are your sisters in silicone! Patty, Thanks for the nice letter. I just do my best to eat well and excercise. Do you think it just will take me longer to rid the toxins since the capsules where left inside me? Will my symptoms ever go away? I am only 44, but feel 74... Thanks to all in the support group. Margie

Margie,

I'm so sorry your husband is being such a jerk! . . . Hopefully he'll beg your forgiveness when he understands how cruel is is being.

While watching the Discovery Channel last night about the unusual diseases people were suffering from, a common theme that ran though their stories was the way they felt when no one took their illnesses seriously! . . . Talk about lack of respect for the medical profession! . . .Until they found a doctor willing to go the extra mile to find the answers!

I guess we expect our doctors to care enough to go the extra mile instead of finding the easy answers . . . Whether they don't have the answers, the intelligence, the education, or the time . . . I don't know. We must keep working on finding the answers for ourselves. We can't give up! . . . The life we save WILL be our own!

That's one reason this group is so wonderful . . . Open minds, open hearts, open arms!

Love,

Rogene

Hi Margie, I wish I knew the answers to your questions. I don't. This is all an exercise based on hope! But we've seen so many women get better once their implants are out! I think it will take you longer to heal, if you can heal to a large degree at all, with the capsules inside of you. They can harbor all kinds of leftover stuff that really shouldn't be in your body. Whether or not your body can eliminate those leftover things is the million dollar question. I think you can do alot to support your body in it's detoxification efforts, alot you can do to kill off pathogens with things like raw garlic and reduce your viral, bacterial and fungal load, and alot you can do to help your eliminative organs work more effeciently and effectively. It all takes time and effort, which I think you can do. Even if these things don't heal you

completely with the capsules inside, it is my hope that you can at least begin to see improvements or stabilization, rather than a continual downhill slide into a worse condition. Of course, getting the capsules removed would be ideal, but if you can't, you can still have hope that there are steps you can take to feel better. We have no guarantees of success, but you can have hope, and you can pray for healing to happen! You have to have hope. Nobody should be able to take that away from you....Hope, faith and love....these shall remain! Do you think it just will take me longer to rid the toxins since the capsules where left inside me? Will my symptoms ever go away? I am only 44, but feel 74... Thanks to all in the support group. am so sorry to hear of your situation. But you do have us. We are your

sisters in silicone! Margie,

Since you have all these toxins and capsules still inside that you can't remove right now, what are you doing to detox? . . .

Some things that come to mind that may help is 1) Drinking copious amounts of pure water, 2) eliminating as many environmental chemicals (including diet) from your life as possible 3) Detox baths - Epsom salts, Clay baths, Hydrogen peroxide, 4) Detox foot pads, 5) antifungals/probiotics

I'm sure the other ladies can add more suggestions . . . They don't necessarily have to be expensive. . . And, don't try to do everything at once. Start slowly, one thing at a time and ease into it. When someone is carrying as many toxins around as you are, the herx effect could be severe.

BTW, breast implants can cause clotting disorders . . .. both bleeding and rapid clotting . .. Why? I don't know!

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Rogene, Thanks for understanding how I feel, and how this can be eating me alive the fact that my LIFE LONG PARTNER can't stand beside me when i have needed him more than ever. I was by chance that I had found out that the implants where making me sick. It was a friend of my mothers, her daughter a very good nurse, had emailed me about the symtoms i was having and to make a long story short, was also having problems at the time with her implants. One thing led to another can we connected the dots, there she led me to you all. Life sure works in strange ways. gratefull to know everyone! Margie
