I probably would draw more of a connection with your son having recieve antibiotics shortly before the MMR. Also, some find a connection between milk allergy and ear infections. You weaned him at 14 months, did you add cows milk in around that time? Also, was your son completely recovered from the ear infections when he got the MMR? Did he have any cold symptoms or any other signs of illness at the time? Have you read Karyn Seroussi's book?
