STAN!! Questions about exposure to Varicella

I cannot believe that this is now dawning on me.

In late spring of 2002 I was diagnosed with shingles. I was nursing at

the time ,our ASD son, who was 8-9 months old. According to what I

recall reading you have to had chicekn pox to get the re-outbreak of

varicella as shingles.

I can't recall if I did take the Valtrex script or not. I am thinking

no as I did not want to stop nursing, but I cannot remember for certain.

I remember the doctor telling me is may/may not help with post-herpetic

neuralgia and I was " past " the point of catching it early.

At 13 months my son had his first ever need for antibiotics for

bilateral ear infections. He had a reaction to the Amoxicillin and was

given Benadryl. At 14 months he got MMR, DTap, and Varicella

immunizations and was totally changed by 16 months into an ASD kid.

I stopped nursing right around 14 months.

What if any connection is there to my shingles?

My daughter was very similar, she had chicken pox at nine months, which basically caused the initial problem by overburdening an already weak immune system due to her young age. By having the MMR and other jabs within a short space of time on an already weak immune system causes an overload and the immune system cannot cope with another 3 live viruses. I believe that is she never had chicken pox she would have been more able to cope with the 3 other vaccines. My daughter also developed ITP within a few months of her jabs, which is an auto-immune disease. Auto-immune diseases can be caused by mercury poisioning!
