i posted last week about my so's lack of noticable progress since

starting valtrex but obvious regressions such as loss of appetite,

incessantly putting hands in mouth and playing with his spit,

moodiness, etc. this is what's happening now:

he has no appetite at all. even refusing very favorite foods and

drinks. he has had a 100 degree fever since yesterday. he is

lethargic and weapy. he has been on the valtrex since jluy 10th,

making it a month and 2 days. he had a slight rash a few weeks ago

but none since. what is going on? is this a good thing or a bad

thing?

i have been giving him motrin but it doesn't seem to be helping much.

help. i hate seeing him like this.

Tracey, I could not find your original post but did you mention your son

was on LDN too? If I was you I would try cutting LDN dose in half or

even leaving it out altogher for a while and see what happens. I believe

LDN can interfere other things that are going on in the

immune/viral/inflammation 'department', and from our experience all this

is extremely dose dependent.

Our son did well on full dose LDN at first but every time we tried

introducing something else he would develop 100 degree fever and

regress, lowering the dose helped each time. We have decided to stick

with 3 lines only instead of full 5 lines and have had no problems

lately.

Lethargic and feverish -- have you considered stopping this -- at least until he gets his energy back?tracey <tracey_farrauto@...> wrote: i posted last week about my so's lack of noticable progress since starting valtrex but obvious regressions such as loss of appetite, incessantly putting hands in mouth and playing with his spit, moodiness, etc. this is what's happening now:he has no appetite at all. even refusing very favorite foods and drinks. he has had a 100 degree fever since yesterday. he
