We have been buying our MSM the last four years from a feed store. The MSM

made for top show horses, is actually as good or better quality than that

for humans....

We buy 2 POUNDS of it for about 23.99. We buy our " 00 " size veg capsules at

bulk prices and take our MSM that way. My husband 'eats' MSM by the

spoonful all day...

Checked out the MSM by calling the manufacturer... just happened also to be

manufactured in our City in Southern Ca. - interesting thing about most

animal meds/supplements - they are better quality than humans... (ask a

vet - or vet worker, they'll tell you the same thing....)

I get this a lot. MSM eye drops help a lot. I bought them at GNC, but you

might be able to get them online.

, you can mix MSM into juice when

at home. The tablets are convient when

running around all day. All I need now is

to take one dose in the morning. Saves

bucks. LIZ

I dont have an answer to your question but recently read about the tea bags for

eyes.  We used this remedy for pink eye too and it worked really quickly.  I

alternated between black tea and green tea.  Steep a bag in boiling water then

put them over your eyes- make sure to get some of the tea in your eye (I did eye

flushes with the tea before and after soaking with the tea bags).  The other

thing I did was a drop of castor oil in the eyes- uncomfortable but between

these two remedies, I healed my self and my 2 children quicker than the

traditional eye drops from the doctor.

good luck!

How do you know if you have pink eye (conjuctivitis) or if it is from

yeast, whether it be die off or whatever? My eyes have been red and

sore off and on since the beginning of October. I have been on the diet

since July. I have herbal eye drops which are not really helping.

Thanks,

Rhonda

Otherwise, I have all of the symptoms that I have had since the beginning. I

must take a

large amount of probiotic or I have diarrhea all of the time. I take 260

billion mg times four

scoops a day. I tried to go down to 2 @ 260 billion a day and got mouth sores.

This is a

tough one.

**** Have you tried coffee enemas yet? They help you get rid of toxin-overload

and it

sounds to me that your body is trying really hard to get rid of toxins. You

would help it

along by getting more toxins out faster with the coffee enema.

Thank you.  Do you know if purhaps, being allergic to shellfish would cause red

burning eyes.  I have had this problem ongoing for about three months.  It seems

to get worse when I eat shellfish.  Its just been really difficult to pinpoint.

I guess it could be die off symptoms.  Die off symptoms just don't make a lot of

sense to me.  Anyway, thanks for your answer.

Rhonda

+++Hi Rhonda. If you have ever had similar symptoms or treatments for

your eyes (like medical eye drops, etc.) before your body

will " retrace " them in order to heal your eyes properly. First the

body detoxifies the area, which causes inflammation, redness, soreness,

etc. and then it rebuilds.

Or, it can be die-off symptoms since the eyes are one area the body

uses to get rid of toxins. My body detoxified through my eyes for 3

months when I did my candida program over 20 years ago. I remember it

well, since they were very inflammed, red, and oozed all kinds of gunk.

Also, if you go " off the diet " your eyes may react. A man who was in

my Candida Support Group in 1986-88 cheated by eating doughnuts. His

wife and everyone else knew when he cheated because his eyes got

flaming red, like 2 neon lights. LOl!

There are no quick fixes, so just allow time for your body to do its

job of healing. Such symptoms won't hurt you nor damage your eyes.

Bee
