They don't say what it is.

Raw dairy has RNA. Raw colostrum is good for you. I get both from the

Amish farmers--grass fed, organic, raw.

Hi, CS.

I'm glad to hear that you are recovering so well!

I think that those who have a methylation cycle block, which I

suspect is most PWCs, would be low in RNA, because the methylation

cycle is linked to the folate cycle, and the folate cycle is needed

to make new RNA and DNA. If the methylation cycle is blocked, the

folate cycle will be blocked, also, and I think there will be

difficulty making RNA. Of course, it comes in from the diet, also,

so a person could compensate with the right foods.

I don't know much about the RNA supplements, but I did hear from Dr.

Bill Kracht that one called Rejuvenate is a good one. It can be

obtained from this website:

It does contain nutritional yeast, among other things, including

folinic acid and methylcobalamin. It looks pretty interesting.
