Anesthesia choice for bladder repair surgery

Hello,

A woman friend of mine with Fibromyalgia & MCS is facing bladder repair surgery,

and needs advice on whether to consider general anesthesia or an epidural in her

situation. I was wondering if anybody could give me advice to send her on that.
