What Mouthwash do people use?

Ideally im looking for a natural product...

Tree tree oil based mouthwashes might help or you could just dilute

the pure oil - best to use a good quality one. MJH might be able to

suggest other alternatives.

You had some good suggestions for treating your gums, they worked for

me years ago and for most of the time now my gums are fine. Any

localised flare up responds well to warm salt water and a colloidal

silver spray. I see you have posted about CS.
