There is no reason to go to 20 grams. That is the dosage that the

manufacturer recommended(s). Start with a small amount and work

your way up to 5 grams per day. I have yet to hear from anyone who

said that they didn't get any benefit from 1-2 grams, then increased

and started doing much better. Even Cheney's study is inconclusive

about the amount needed, but I think it will turn out to be less

than 4-5 grams per day.

Hi Mike! I take 20 grams of immunepro, and yes I do find it more effective

than the 10 was. On a few occasions, I have taken even more than that, and I

personally find that the more I take, the better I feel. The problem for me

is that when I up the dose, though I have more energy, I have insomnia (well,

worse insomnia than I usually do, I should say). I plan eventually to either

add imuplus to the immunepro, or to up the immunepro dose. Probably I will

add imuplus, because of what Carol and others have said about the wheys

having different profiles.

Hi

In my opinion increasing the dosage will not make any difference, but

you can always try adding another scoop as an experiment for a week.

I think that Immunepro now issue a 5 gram scoop and recommend 2 of

these scoops per day. I found Imuplus to be better, I have food

sensitivites and the 'pro made me muzzy headed. I take two packs

of 'plus per day from immunesupport.com On the discount shopper

program it is $54 for 60 packs.

How'd the HBOT work out?
