Okay, I just played around over at google trying to come up with a phone

number for . Thought perhaps, I might be able to speak to

family. Unsuccessful however.

So I just called the San Diego Police Department and of course Lt. Jim Duncan

is gone for the day, but I got his direct number and will try again tomorrow.

I wonder if he might give me phone contact numbers for any of 's

family. But I also think I should mention to him that there can be other

explanations for what appears to be SBS.

Thanks Sandy. :-) As far as good luck, may have at least had

some good luck with her attorney. I spoke with him 12/23 and was surprised

to hear that he was already aware of Shaken Baby Syndrome and had been

surfing the Internet for information. Additionally, I was surprised by the

enthusiasm in his voice at becoming as he said " the most knowledgeable person

about SBS " . I laughed to myself and I'm sure you know what I said next.

Heehee I told him I have to disagree with you there because you'll never

know as much as Alan Yurko. :-) To which he responded, " Aha I've heard of

that name. I came across it on the Internet. "

At that point, I told him Alan has some SBS studies that we'd like to send

him. To which he gratefully accepted Alan's offer and even said that he

would return the karma.

Wonder if I ought to correspond personally with . Hmm, I'm thinking

I might call the lawyer and see if I can get her " new address " .
