New here - would like confimation I'm doing this correctly

Hello all,

I started my MMS 6 days ago...started out with 2 drops 2x.

Then went to 3 drops 3x, 4 3x, skipped to 6 drops 3x, then 8 drops

3x, followed by 10 drops 3x today. Based on what I'm reading here, I

should have had some effect by now. So...I'm worried I may be doing

something wrong.

I put the drops in a small glass...then sqeeze a lemon to get at

approx. 5x as much lemon juice. I wait at least 3 minutes...sometime

up to say 10 if I go do something else and come back.

I have been just using RO water rather then the juice...put in 8oz or

so and then give it a couple of minutes. Drink down.

It tastes funny, yes...but that's it. :(

I am really toxic, so I thought I'd get a reaction right

away...thoughts?

Thanks,

sounds like you're doing great.

My first herx was at 15 drops.

My second was also at 15 drops, 3 times 2 hours apart.

Third was 25 drop twice, two hours apart.

It depends on how close the doses are as to whether they will build on each other.

Three hours apart may be ideal.

What is your toxic condition?

Kathy, HCV is my condition.

Hi Kathy, thanks for the reply.

I have chronic prostatitis and have also been diagnosed with EBV. I

was prescribed an insane amount of antibiotics a few years ago in an

attempt to treat the prostatitis...so I suspect that there is candida

overgrowth as well. (Althought this is not confirmed with a test).

Based on the color / shape / coating of my tongue, an herbalist said

I was pretty toxic.

I've done herbs and a master cleanse (although only made in 7 of the

10 days) so far...hope to have better luck with the MMS.

Do you feel better after the 3 herx?

Thanks,

Hi ,

Everytime I got the trots I immediately felt better just getting the dead pathogens out of my body.

One time I about passed out, got the sweats, had to BM and vomit all at once. My body was determined to get rid of the pathogens by any means.

So first the BM, then I barfed, then I felt better, the sweats disappeared, I slept soundly, woke up to a little more trots, and by 9 am, I was on top of the world.

Antibiotics can easily cause yeast infections, they do for me, unless I take probiotics.

I took 6 capsules today and it cleared up the trots by 8:30 tonight. They weren't severe.

Good luck with your recovery!

Kathy

I will be needing to buy some good probiotics for my husband, who is coming off of a major round of antibiotics (due to a diverticulosis attack). I know about probiotics, but have never used any, and frankly I'm confused as to which is best. Some say you need the kind that must be refrigerated. Some say there is one type of probiotic--single biotic type-that is best as it is the one that is in our gut the most. Some say get a probiotic with billions not millions, and several types of biotics in the product. And of course, each one is a sales pitch.

Soooo--can someone explain which one they chose to use and why, and how do you know it is working?

Thanks

Personally I mostly use the Natural Factors Double strength Acidophilus and Bifidus - 10 billion active cells. I usually take between 3 and 8 depending on my needs. I also on occasion add a different kind just to provide variety but I alway come back to this brand which is kept in the fridge. It has been recommended to me by several different practitioners as being the best. Also when I muscle test this brand it is always good.Hope that helps some. <gaiacita@...> wrote: I will be needing to buy some good probiotics for my husband, who is coming off of a major round of antibiotics (due to a diverticulosis attack). PB-8 is a good probiotic. I buy it when it's on sale and stock up.

Yesterday I took 4, then 2 more, and it fixed me up just fine.

I also use it for retention enema when I get bad squirts or a yeast infection.

I keep the open bottle in the fridge and the rest in the basement pantry.

I have used PB-8 to make yogurt, works fine.

Hi ,

I think the best choice of course is to buy several different kinds. Then you know you are getting some that are potent. A lot of people here use pb8 which is cheap and does seem to work pretty good. I use that and Threelac, (google it) which is a powder you pour in your mouth. I like that one a lot! I also just started using SCD Probiotica which someone on one of these groups mentioned. That one also works well and it is a liquid you mix with some water and drink (good for thrush). As you can probably tell, I have severe bacteria imbalances and have tried many different brands.

Hope that helps and has not confused you more!

Thanks . You know, I think you are right. I think it might be best to take several different types and brands. That way a person is sure to cover everything the bowel/gut needs and as every person is different you can't say "this one fits all"--so best to go with different ones. I just didn't think of that on my own. Great idea--thanks.

Just because, I choose Dr. Ohar's It is raised and shipped alive at

room temp. with it's own food supply. that way it is more apt to

survive and be absorbed. I have had good success with it. I have also

used Natren, which must be refridgerated, it is good too. Jim H. says

that if you run into problems with your gut while on MMS you should

try Paradopholis to restore the gut. I so far have had no problems

but if I do I will follow his recomendations.

Now that just sounds--well, I'm not sure. Shipped alive with it's own food supply. Lol Very interesting--I will look into that. I suppose I can just Google Dr. Ohar? I think the Paradopholis would be a good thing to add, also--thanks for reminding me. I've not been thinking very clearly as I have had a ton of running around to do since he's been in the hospital and now trying to tie up ends for his home coming tomorrow.

Hi

I am just beginning to take probiotics. I am now taking Dr. Ohhira's,

When that is done I think I will try Nature's Biotics®.

Read a lot of good stuff about both.

Thanks Bob. I do think taking different types is probably the best way to go. That way you cover all bases. :-)

Yes--if you can stand the sour taste. Fortunately my husband likes that stuff, so I will probably be making him some, but I hate it. Actually I might not have to make any if this new product I bought works like it is suppose to. I went to the health freedom expo held here in November and this company was there with a new food product that is super concentrated fermented food supplement that is suppose to repopulate the gut very quickly. I will have him (and me) on it but thought it wouldn't hurt in his case to try everything as he's had digestive problems all his life, accumulating in super bad spells this year, and now being 5 days on drip antibiotics. Poor guy will have nothing left in his gut at all. So I figure adding it all back in will get him off to a good start.

You might also want to check out Flora Balance (no need to refrigerate

and very high quality).

Can muscle testing be done at home? And if so what is the procedure?

Yes--it can be done by anyone, anywhere. I have to go and get my husband so don't have time to write it out, but when I get back I will write out a couple of different how-tos and I'm sure other people will also tell you their method.
