Most folks here have trouble loosing weight. What's your diet like?

Are you eating healthy amounts of fat? Olive oil, coconut oil, nuts,

avocado, organic butter? What about protein? Are you eating enough

protein for your weight?

Are you dealing with hashimoto's ? Have you considered going on a

parasite cleanse? You might have some nasties stealing nutrients from

you. I've heard good things about Humaworm from curezone.
